Subject: Gate Creek Snow Report Dec 2nd

WOW  !   One More Time … today we picked up another 4” which brings the 6 day total to 29”;

That in addition to  Small base that we had … the Riding is EXCELLENT!  OF Course you can expect to see some settling when you come out … but riders today … will be smiling for a Week.  There’s good carve-able snow right here at the Road and better snow as you move North and West … especially in the mountains. There’s pocket of 3 ½  to 4 ft Powder so … GAME ON BIG  Time !!

Temps held around 30 degrees most of the day and are expected to Cool more in the next few days with Clear Skies by the weekend!  After a couple days of “Perking” the conditions will be even better. 

We did not get 1 drop of Rain or even a light mist Temps held to snow conditions only … so be relieved that we haven’t had anything that Anchorage, eagle River or Wasilla has had to put up with.
